New versions of Ghostscript and GSview

Ghostscript 7.0 and GSview 4.0 are out. For those not in the know, these are a PostScript interpreter and a viewer for it, respectively. Together they let you work with PS, EPS and PDF files: view, print and convert to bitmap.
