Corel Ventura 10 now on sale

Corel has officially announced the new version of its publishing package, Corel Ventura 10. Among the announced new features and improvements:

• XML import: formatting and publishing XML content with the new XML Mapping Editor tool.

• PDF publishing: creating PDF files directly in Corel Ventura 10.

• A built-in preflight engine for checking layout correctness.

• Advanced graphics support: more than 50 new graphic effects and many supported formats for importing and exporting graphics, including CorelDRAW® 11.

• Table tags: used to format several tables from a template, raising the convenience of working with tables in Corel Ventura to a new level.

  Corel Ventura 10 includes the following extras:

• Corel® DataBase Publisher

• Corel CAPTURE™ 10

• Corel Barcode Wizard

• Color User Guide

• more than 1,500 TrueType® and Type 1 fonts

  The recommended European licence price for Ventura 10 is 662 euro; Ventura 10 upgrade — 233 euro.
