The new Corel Painter 8

A new version of the raster program for realistic imitation of traditional art techniques — Corel Painter 8 for Macintosh and Windows — is out. Recommended for use with a Wacom tablet.
The interface of the new Corel Painter is closer to that of Adobe Photoshop, and Photoshop compatibility is improved. A convenient colour mixing tool has appeared that imitates mixing paints on a real palette.
The full version costs $299, the upgrade $149, the educational version $99. The site says a free 30-day trial is available for download, but there is no link to it yet.
